Dr Daniela Kudernatsch

Dr Daniela Kudernatsch has been intensively involved in strategy planning and strategy implementation for over 20 years.

She gained practical experience in various companies as early as the nineties.

Since 2001 she has been advising national and international companies on the introduction of management systems. She can look back on over 100 implemented strategy projects.

Dr. Daniela Kudernatsch cooperates closely with the Toyota expert Jeff Liker and is Vice President Europe of Liker Lean Advisors.

She is also the author of numerous books and articles and is frequently booked for key notes and keynote speeches.

Her passion is working with people – from top management to the employees on the shop floor.

Daniela Kudernatsch grew up in competitive sports. Today, she still actively pursues her passion, ski racing. “Professionally, my profession is strategy consulting and implementation. But sometimes my “first” career catches up with me again. Then I have to go to the mountains.”

In addition to her classic profession as a management consultant, she is also a coach, book author, speaker at events and German runner-up in giant slalom.
